UHP & HP Water Jetting
Denholm MacNamee Limited have been asked to carry out various UHP & HP Water Jetting and Industrial Cleaning tasks, these tasks range from the cleaning of small Oilfield tools to Deep cleaning of Modules on Offshore Installations.
Example 1.
The top two pictures on this slide show DOS personnel UHP water-jetting the deck of a Car Ferry, this task required the removal of rust, paint and the removal of anti-skid screed approx. 30mm thick.
Example 2.
The bottom two pictures show a typical Sub-sea “Christmas Tree” sent to our Aberdeen Facility for cleaning before it could be repaired by the Client. Typically we are required to remove all sea life from the tree, HP Water Jet it and them steam clean the unit with a Germicidal Fluid to “kill” any harmful bugs that may be left.
