Subsea Jetting Equipment
Denholm MacNamee Limited are suppliers of subsea water-jetting packages to the Offshore Oil & Gas Sector.
The typical package consists of a full spread of equipment including, but not limited to, ATEX Compliant Zone II Water Jetting Units, Pneumatically Operated Hose Spoolers, Various Overboard Roller Chute’s and ROV Operated Water Jet Tooling.

Tools
Each of the Systems supplied can be adapted and modified to suit the particular ROV that is to be utilised in the jetting operation. DML can also supply various lance configurations to suit, the two pictures to the right show some of the options available:
- Self Rotating Barracuda ROV Water-Jetting Tool.
- Fan Jet & Single Lance ROV Water Jetting Tool.
The duty for each tool varies and can range from 1000bar @ 56 lts/min to 690bar @ 79 lts/min
Applications
Typical applications for this type of cleaning system are as follows:
- Sea growth removal from chains.
- Cleaning of Platform Legs.
- Cleaning of Subsea Structures.
- Barnacle and sea life removal from ships hulls.
All of the above applications are utilised in conjunction with survey and inspection requirements as dictated by the
Client and can be successfully operated to depths in excess of 200 metres.
